The room decor, design, and ambiance were lovely, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The room itself was modern, quiet, and clean with separate toilet. Wonderful mountain views. Service at reception, dining room, and bar were all perfect. The bar had a large seating area with lovely views, ideal for a relax and drink. The adjoining building had a wonderful large warm swimming area with push-button water jets, a very substantial jacuzzi, and 2 steam rooms. The restaurant offered good food at a reasonable price, efficient friendly staff, and sensible spacing from other guests. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of items, including hot food, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit. The staff were helpful, polite, and asked about our plans for the day.

Felt like being home, no complaints.

The adjoining building had a fantastic swimming area with water jets, a jacuzzi, and steam rooms, which was an added bonus.

Our experience with the waiter at dinner was awful. He was condescending and demanded an extra service charge.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. The breathtaking mountain views from our room and the large seating area around the bar were definitely the best aspects. The room was modern, clean, and had a spacious open-area bathroom. The breakfast offered a wide range of items, including hot options like scrambled eggs and sausages, and a variety of cakes, pastries, and fresh fruits. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service at reception, the dining room, and the bar was perfect. The hotel also had great swimming facilities, including a jacuzzi and steam rooms.

While the hotel had its charms, there were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy. The reception service was initially unwelcoming, and we had to wait a bit before being attended to.
