Plus, the hotel is only a 30-minute walk away from the charming town center, offering a nice opportunity for a leisurely stroll.

I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Hotel in Saintes. The ground floor layout was perfect for me as a disabled person, with easy access to the room and disabled parking right outside. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with a kettle and good wifi. I also appreciated the row of sockets above the desk, which made charging my devices much easier. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was well-presented. the staff were friendly and gave us clear instructions for checking-in after the reception was closed. We appreciated being able to bring our pet for an additional fee.

The hotel was located in an industrial area outside of the city, which made it difficult to find food options nearby and required a long walk or drive to reach the city center. we felt that the location was not ideal for a city break.
