The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. They gave me advice on where to have dinner after the World Cup final match. The room was well-appointed and had a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the fact that there was a kettle with coffee and tea in the room. it was a good room at a great price for an overnight stay.

The air conditioning in the room was very poor, almost non-existent. It was especially uncomfortable since the weather outside was hot.

The staff were friendly and the 24/7 reception was convenient. The hotel's location is great, with easy access to the tramway station and it's very close to the stadium. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had enough variety compared to other hotels in this class.
