The hotel had good room hardware and cleanliness. the rooms were a good size and had a comfortable bed. the hotel also provided a nespresso machine and free coffee pods in the room. the location of the hotel was quiet and located in a residential neighborhood.

The internet was super slow and not reliable for work. the free minibar in the room was empty and was not refilled even after notifying reception.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The junior suite was spacious and we loved it. The other rooms were also very nice. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The staff, for the most part, were really friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the lovely rainfall shower in our room. The location was perfect for us, as it was right next to the American Hospital where we had business to attend to. Additionally, the hotel was very close to the Champs-Elysées, making it convenient for tourists who enjoy walking and want to explore the city.

I had a great value for my money at Crowne Plaza. The room was clean, quiet, and had excellent beds and pillows. The location was superb, with easy access to the metro, restaurants, and grocery stores. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Azeema, the manager. They made us feel welcome and were patient with our limited French language skills. the lobby was welcoming and the price point of the restaurant was reasonable. We enjoyed the delicious lunch menu and the chocolate tasting in the afternoon. the bar staff was also great.

Some of the staff seemed inexperienced, which may be due to the time of year we stayed. It was difficult to confirm our extended stays, as we couldn't print or email the confirmations from the hotel.
