We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Crystal. The location along Place Drouet d'Erlon was perfect for our visit to Reims. The hotel's quiet garden provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling street. The staff, especially Karmen, were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed delicious meals at nearby restaurants like L'Edito, La Brasserie Excelsior, and Le Grand Cafe. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore all the top sites of the city.

Had a wonderful Xmas retreat in a cozy hotel located in the heart of the city with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. the hotel staff was friendly and provided useful information on the best places to visit in the city. the rooms were clean and comfortable and had all that I needed for a weekend away. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had a variety of food to choose from.

That the hotel was located on a busy street, which made the rooms a bit noisy. the lifts were a bit outdated and small, so it took a while to get up to my room.

crystal reims centre is the perfect choice in reims! great location, comfy rooms, friendly staff. breakfast and parking were also top-notch. loved the quiet courtyard for relaxing. exceeded my expectations!

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was absolutely perfect, tucked away down a charming little alley that opened up to a picturesque garden. It was just steps away from the main promenade and all the attractions I wanted to see. The staff were also wonderful, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms were comfortable, with a huge bathroom that had a high back chair for added comfort. The hot powerful shower was a real treat. Plus, the breakfast served at 7.45am had a great variety of food to choose from.

Everything was more than okay, it was all fantastic.
