I recently stayed at Orso Hotels in Paris for my second time and it was just as excellent as the first. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the metro station and close to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. The hotel is surrounded by shops and stores, making it convenient for shopping. The staff at both the reception and restaurant were extremely polite and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day. The windows blocked out all outside noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The shower facilities were excellent and there was even a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle in the room. The central location made it easy to access the metro, Eiffel Tower, and a variety of restaurants. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food and the staff was courteous and attentive. my stay at Orso Hotels was fantastic.

The room at Doisy Etoile - Orso Hotels was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained. I appreciated the hot water and the attention from the reception staff, especially Jeremy. The hotel's location near the Arc de Triomphe was convenient.

The room for three people was small and not spacious enough for our needs. The heating system was difficult to control, leading to a very hot room.

The beds were comfortable, clean bathroom, flawless free WiFi, convenient location near metro station and l'Arc de Triomphe, excellent staff service.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, with the church of Madeleine just around the corner. We also loved how close it was to the bus station Porte Maillot, making it easy for us to explore the city center. The neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby.

Comfortable bed, nice shower. Inconvenient location during riots, but staff helped with luggage. Early check-in, close to Arc de Triomphe and shops/restaurants. Comfy bed, clean room with good storage. Efficient aircon. WiFi worked well. Closest metro station Ternes, 10-15 min walk to famous landmark. Cheaper breakfast options nearby.

The hotel is located in a central touristic neighborhood, making it easy to access from the airport via RER and from the city center. It is also within walking distance to Ternes station, which joins one stop to the main CDG-Étoile station. The area surrounding the hotel is pleasant, with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were nice and helpful, and the breakfast had all the essentials with good quality. a convenient and enjoyable stay for our family.

Transportation was convenient, with Ternes station nearby, connecting us to the main CDG-Étoile station. The breakfast choices exceeded our expectations, offering more variety than traditional American breakfasts. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with our needs.

Our room was thoughtfully designed, featuring modern furniture and equipment, along with a fabulous bathroom. The welcoming and polite staff made our late arrival a breeze, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The highlight of our stay was the 1st-floor terrace garden in the courtyard, which provided a charming outdoor space that our room overlooked. The hotel had a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, adding to the overall relaxation. We appreciated the great breakfast selection offered at the hotel and the flexibility of paying for it separately from the room. What's more, the hotel did not charge us for the light breakfast enjoyed by my colleague who joined us in the morning before we checked out. The comfortable bed and luxurious shower only added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Despite the riots going on at the time, we were grateful for the central location of the hotel, although we had to take a slightly longer route to reach it. All in all, our experience at Orso Hotels was truly delightful, and I would highly recommend it to friends and fellow travelers.
