Great location! We had a lovely Xmas with beautiful surroundings, nice walking and stunning views. The food was delicious, especially the main course. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the hotel's restaurant and the staff were friendly and accommodating all the time.

The room had a damp smell and was not well cleaned. We also struggled with some of the charges on the menu, which were not explained properly. The overall quality of service was subpar, it's like they didn't care much about our comfort. The hotel was also quite expensive for what it offered and had a lot of aspects that could have been improved.

We also loved the plenty of outside space available, especially the area by the river where we could relax. The beds were incredibly comfortable and our room, located in the watermill, was spacious and offered great views over the stream. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a pool and sauna/steam room. it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.
