We loved our stay at Chateau De Monrecour! The restaurant was formal but friendly with amazing food. The two pools kept the kids entertained while adults could relax. There were also activities like table tennis, boules, and a small play area. Plus, we even took a balloon ride from the adjacent field. a perfect place for those who love karaoke and casinos.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this charming chateau in the beautiful Dordogne region. The historic building was absolutely stunning and the pool was a great addition to our stay. The weekend was relaxing and peaceful. the two complementary spa treatments and bottle of wine were a great touch. the location was easy to get to and provided stunning views of the surrounding countryside. the grounds were well maintained and offered a peaceful retreat from the busy world.

The on-site restaurant was overpriced and didn't offer many vegetarian options. the lack of alternative dining options left us feeling stranded on the property.

We recently stayed at a charming chateau called Domaine Du Chateau and it was absolutely amazing. the room was lovely and we particularly enjoyed the hot air balloon that went up during our stay. the addition of a bar fridge and wine glasses in the room was a nice touch. We had a fantastic meal at the restaurant, with generous portions and excellent value for money. the castle itself was breathtaking, and the staff, especially a girl named Crystal at reception, were extremely helpful and spoke perfect English. We also loved the heated pool outside, despite the chilly weather. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back.
