We had a great stay at Eiffel By Yays. the location was perfect, with three metro stations and the Eiffel Tower within walking distance. the apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking and in the bathroom. the staff was friendly and cooperative, making our experience even better. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only issue we had was with the bed. It was actually two small beds joined together, and the middle part kept separating and sinking down, causing us to sleep on the edges.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was well-appointed, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was superb, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to metro stations, bakeries, cafes, and restaurants. The highlight was definitely the balcony, where we enjoyed our evenings with a drink, unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The staff, especially Emma and Cecil, were incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The keyless entry system was easy to use and convenient, and the communication via WhatsApp and email made up for the lack of reception.

Despite the lack of a reception, the staff stayed in touch via WhatsApp and email to ensure I had access to the property. I did have a few minor issues during my stay, such as the limited amount of toilet tissue provided , which meant I had to purchase more. Additionally, there was no elevator, which made it a bit challenging to carry my luggage up the stairs.
