They were friendly and attentive, making our stay more enjoyable. the room service was excellent, providing everything we needed, and the housekeeping maintained a clean and cozy environment. the location was ideal for us, close to the station and bus stops, with good coffee shops nearby. the overall experience was positive, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

One aspect that could be improved at this hotel is the key policy. Having to leave the key at the reception every time we went out was inconvenient and somewhat stressful, as the main door would be locked in the receptionist's absence.
