The hotel's surroundings are stunning, nestled in the hills overlooking the town. We were impressed with the amenities, especially the horse and sledge and the ski guys who were super helpful. the location was excellent too, just a short drive from the center, and a complimentary shuttle service was provided.

The service fell short of our expectations, especially given the high prices charged. While the staff were polite and pleasant, the service was slow and inefficient at times.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The exclusive amenities were up to par with the highest standards of luxury. I indulged in a full body massage at the Spa & wellness centre and it was truly rejuvenating. The indoor swimming pool was pristine and the steam room, sauna, and Turkish bath were just what I needed to unwind. The staff provided exceptional service and made sure every need was met. The sun terrace and garden area offered breathtaking views of the surroundings.

My only minor issue was with the restaurant service. While the food was delicious, the waitstaff were a bit slow and inattentive.
