The location was absolutely perfect! It was right across from the train station, making it super convenient for exploring the city and the region. the staff at the hotel were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to meet my needs. I loved that they gave me a map of the city and were willing to store my luggage after check-out. the room itself was great, with a stunning view and beautiful lighting. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

While everything about the hotel was fantastic, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow and unreliable.

The hotel had a great location near the train station, making it convenient for those travelling by car. The restaurant and terrace were outstanding, and the room was comfortable. The staff was helpful, and the option to choose your own toiletries was a nice touch.

Felt like home, no complaint.

The hotel had complementary plates for our dog's food and water, and the room was tidy. the location was ideal since it was close to tram and metro's stops, which made our transportation more accessible.

The quality of the breakfast was poor. the eggs and bacon were lukewarm, and the plates were not working correctly.

Despite being so close to the hustle and bustle, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep. The modern and comfortable beds were a delight and provided us with a restful retreat after a long day of travel. The spacious rooms were well-maintained, giving us plenty of space to relax and unwind. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with hand sanitizers available throughout the premises, providing us with a sense of safety during these uncertain times.

The absence of concierge services was a minor drawback during our stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and conveniently located near metro and tram stops. This made it incredibly easy to explore and navigate around the area. the hotel staff provided excellent service when we were in a sticky situation and helped us arrange transport back to the hotel. It was a relief to know that we could rely on them for assistance.

There were a few aspects of our stay that could have been improved. the lighting in the room and bathroom was quite dim, making it difficult to see properly.

We loved the hotel's perfect location, just steps away from the train station and a short 7-minute walk to the city center. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff was polite, helpful, and fluent in English, making our stay even more enjoyable. Moreover, the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options to start our day.
