We loved staying here in this hotel. It is located in a peaceful residential area that makes us feel like we're at home. The service was impeccable – room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry were all taken care of without us having to lift a finger. Moreover, we could relax in our spacious soundproofed room that had amenities like air conditioning, electric kettle, and in-room safe. The terrace was also a great place to unwind and enjoy the view.

Had the best Christmas experience in a hotel with two great complementary facts, including a delicious breakfast that kept us full all day and a warm welcome upon arrival. the location was superb, with easy access to all major attractions. We enjoyed the cozy and warm atmosphere inside. the ambiance was festive, and the decorations made us feel like we were home.

A few dislikes were present. the spa and wellness areas were not included in the room fee, making it an expensive addition for our budget.

stayed at another hotel in strasbourg before, but voco surpassed all expectations! spacious and clean rooms, amazing shower, and delicious breakfast. loved the garden courtyard for drinks. perfect location near train station and short walk to town center. highly recommend!
