I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel by the beach. The location couldn't have been better, as I could step out of the back door and be right on the sandy beach. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even supplied tea, juice, and fruit in the room, which was a nice touch. The room itself was cozy and well-maintained, with modern renovations. The service and breakfast were exceptional, and the view from the terrace was stunning.

That the air conditioning in the room struggled to keep the temperature as cool as I would have liked during a hot day.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful and attentive, making my experience truly enjoyable. the rooms, although small, were very nice and the bar scene was good. One of the highlights was being able to watch the exciting fireworks display on Bastille Day from the hotel promenade. the private beach was also a fantastic feature, and I loved how the hotel was conveniently located near great eateries and local shops. I had a lovely stay and the sea view room upgrade made a huge difference in my experience. the little touches in the room and the comfortable pillows were also appreciated.

The location of this hotel was amazing! Just steps away from the beach, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing Easter getaway. The staff were super helpful and attentive, making sure that our needs were met throughout our stay. The facilities were tastefully decorated and comfortable, providing a luxurious atmosphere.

The warm welcome we received upon arrival at the hotel was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs, from taking our bags to our room to ensuring a smooth check-in process. We were even greeted by the manager, which added a personal touch to our stay. The room itself was breathtaking, with a stunning ocean view and a shower that allowed us to enjoy the scenery while freshening up. The hotel's restaurant exceeded our expectations, offering delicious meals with a marvelous view of the ocean. The maitre d' even suggested enjoying our coffee on the terrace, providing shade with a large umbrella. It felt like a dream come true. The breakfast at the hotel was also fantastic, with a great selection of pastries and homemade Madeleines. While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a small bathroom that could benefit from a shower and occasional patchy service in the restaurant and bar, these were overshadowed by the overall grandeur and charm of the hotel. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this exquisite hotel experience to others. I highly recommend this hotel.

Grand Hotel Thalasso & Spa was the ideal choice for our large family, as they provided us with three beautiful rooms with ocean views. the rooms were impeccably cleaned every day and stocked with fresh Nespresso coffee, water, and treats. the hotel and its location were also perfect for the mobility challenges of our older family members. the friendly staff took care of restaurant recommendations and bookings for us in advance, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. the room itself was delightful, with lovely furnishings, fluffy bathrobes, and high-quality bathroom goodies.

The golf courses in the area were so impressive, I felt like a pro. The beach promenade was a great spot to defend against the sea. The hotel's history reminded me of old-time whaling. The neighboring cities and villages were full of vitality and charm. The sensorial journey was like a fragrant vacation. The gourmet restaurant had marvelous views. The Basque Country offered architecture that was breathtaking, especially in the bathroom. The beach was perfect for families. The craftsmanship in the Basque Country was.well, it existed.

The bathroom toiletries were a puzzle to figure out.

The ocean view was stunning and the staff were friendly. the spa facilities were impressive and offered a variety of options. the location was very convenient, close to restaurants and shops.

The food was overpriced and lacked quality, it didn't meet our expectations for a Thanksgiving meal. the room was small and cramped, barely leaving room to move around.

The location was perfect, right on the beach, and we had easy access to all the cool activities in the Basque Country. We tried out the different varieties of pelota ball and even attempted some Basque strength games. The beach was awesome for nautical sports too. And let's not forget the rugby matches we caught! It was a blast exploring the old houses of the Basque corsairs and checking out the fishing port. the hotel was a great base for our adventure-filled trip!

The only thing we would have loved more of was a lively nightlife scene for young party-goers like us. It would have been awesome to have some happening clubs or bars nearby where we could dance the night away.

This hotel is an absolute luxury getaway. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness centre, indoor pool and sauna, leave you feeling pampered and spoiled. Access to the beach is a major plus, and the massage and body treatments are simply incredible. the view from the sun terrace is breathtaking, with the heated pool and sun loungers offering a lovely place to relax.

The only negative aspect we experienced was the restaurant. While the staff were friendly, the food was subpar and overpriced.
