The evening receptionist, possibly Nicholas, provided excellent guidance on parking during evening processions in a closed-off city. The hotel's original features were lovely, and the air-conditioned bedroom was comfortable and clean. The service was exceptional, with staff accommodating late dinner requests, early breakfasts, and assisting with printing business papers. The bathroom had a spacious wet room style shower and connected to a large balcony. The hotel's proximity to Lourdes Basilica and Grott was convenient. The English-speaking staff and attention to detail were appreciated.

With its close proximity to the shrine and sanctuary, guests can easily access everything in a short amount of time. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and modern, providing a pleasant stay. The staff offer impeccable service, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes.

Nothing not to like.

The hotel's location was superb - we had a breathtaking view of the surroundings and the procession from our room's balcony. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, offering us complimentary drinks upon arrival and providing us with free tickets for a local tourist attraction. Another advantage was the tasty and diverse breakfast buffet that was a perfect start to the day.

The decor in our room was rather disappointing. the bedding was uncomfortable and the facilities looked rather cheap.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the close proximity to Lourdes Basilica and Grott. The staff's English-speaking ability was a huge plus. The hotel's attention to detail and the beautiful balcony were delightful. The gift shop was the best among all the shops nearby. We were also grateful for the comfortable and air-conditioned rooms.
