We stayed at Holiday Inn for a short night before our delayed Channel Tunnel crossing. The hotel is conveniently located near the tunnel, easy to find, and has ample parking. The staff was sympathetic and efficient during check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, with tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast in the bright and airy conservatory was excellent, with attentive staff constantly replenishing the options. We particularly enjoyed the contemporary, well-furnished bedrooms and the great food served in the restaurant and bar areas. Highly recommend!

We booked here for a final night on our holiday to avoid the rush to the tunnel which is a few minutes away. The hotel is great, with plenty of parking space and a covered porch for unloading. The staff were very helpful, speaking English, and the room was large and comfortable. The restaurant provided a wide menu choice and the food was delicious. Highly recommended for weary travelers.

The Xmas spirit was all over the place. We had a lovely time with complimentary mulled wine and mince pies. the location is perfect for those who want to cross the border between France and the UK. we were very close to an outlet center, perfect for shopping lovers. the rooms were newly renovated, clean, cozy, and had a beautiful garden view.

We had to ask for more toiletries, and the staff didn't look too happy to give us extra. the heating system was a bit strange;
