The staff were delightful and very helpful. The breakfast was great, simple and plentiful. The bed was comfortable with a choice of soft and firm pillows. Good shower and clean room. Convenient parking options. Close to the town center.

The location of the hotel was in a bit of a rough area, and I wouldn't feel safe walking along the road alone at night. the cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par, as there was brown scale in the toilet pan and hair in the shower from the previous occupant.

This hotel is a great find in the heart of Lille. The location couldn't be better – it's right in the center of the old part of the city, within walking distance to all the sights and attractions. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing outstanding service from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious food items regularly replenished.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic, and there's really nothing that could be improved.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the city center but away from the noise. Plus, there was a Carrefour Bio nearby for convenient shopping. the staff was incredibly helpful and gave us great tips on nearby attractions.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the centre of town, making it easy to explore the vibrant area with plenty going on within easy walking distance. Additionally, it is very close to the Lille Europa train station, making it a convenient choice for travellers.

One negative aspect mentioned in the reviews is that there was a whistling noise coming from the window in room 416, which kept the guests awake at night.

I had a great time during my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Lille. My purpose was to explore the city and I stayed for three nights. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was very central, within walking distance to most sights. The room was clean and comfortable, with a flat screen TV on the wall that swiveled. The bed and pillows were very comfy, and I appreciated the tea/coffee facilities and air conditioning. I found it to be good value for money.
