Stayed at Hotel Des Grands Voyageurs for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent with plenty of shops, restaurants, and two subway stations nearby. The rooms, though small, were clean and quiet. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly but didn't know how to manage our reservation very well, with decent service. We could walk to all the major attractions and the surrounding area had plenty of shops and restaurants. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and convenient amenities like a mini fridge and a couch. it was a lovely hotel experience.

Great stay for New Year's Eve. the breakfast was delicious and included in the price. the location was perfect, close to a metro station, lots of cafes, and shops. They had a friendly and helpful staff that assisted with directions and recommendations for restaurants.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and the shower guard didn't prevent water from flooding the bathroom floor. our airport shuttle price was misquoted, causing a bit of hassle.

I had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. The metro was only a 2-minute walk away, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff, especially Luisa, were friendly and professional. They allowed us to check in early and also store our luggage on the day of departure. The breakfast selection was great, and the room itself was clean, quiet, and had a super comfortable bed. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.
