The staff at this hotel were exceptional - warm, welcoming and attentive. The room was comfortable and attractive, with nice bed linen and towels. The bathroom was very nice too. The hotel had a general atmosphere that made us feel at ease. Its location close to Beaune but in the countryside was perfect. We also enjoyed the outdoor space, which added to the overall experience.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the warm and cozy atmosphere in the hotel. the festive decorations and the crackling fireplace in the lounge area made us feel right at home. Another great aspect was the delicious Christmas dinner that was served. the chef prepared a mouthwatering feast with traditional holiday dishes that exceeded our expectations. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. We enjoyed taking walks in the picturesque countryside and visiting the charming nearby villages.

the service was quite slow and inconsistent. We had to wait longer than expected for our meals to be served, and some of the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized.

Good , Luxurious Hotel Experience This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the exclusive amenities truly made my stay feel luxurious, especially the full body massage that left me feeling completely relaxed. the sun terrace made for the perfect spot to sip a cocktail and enjoy the beautiful garden area, complete with sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

this was quickly resolved and did not detract from my overall experience at the hotel.

We had a fantastic Xmas break at a hotel situated in the heart of a beautiful wine region. the relaxed, calm environment was ideal for unwinding after the busy run-up to the festive season. the food was delicious, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast feast and sampled several dishes in the evening that were cooked to perfection. the local area was wonderful to explore - we took a trip to a nearby vineyard and enjoyed tasting some of the finest wines in the region.

The hotel felt slightly outdated and the decor could have been modernized. Finally, there were some areas of the accommodation that could have been cleaner, especially in the bathrooms.
