We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning views of the mountains from our room at a small town hotel. The free upgrade to a studio room was perfect for us and our dog. The spotless and comfortable room made our stay enjoyable. The friendly staff were a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfortable accommodations.

our recent stopover in ascain was even better than our last visit. alaia surpassed our expectations with the charming room, comfortable bed, and breathtaking views. the location was ideal, within walking distance of the town center and amazing restaurants. we'll definitely be back.

The hotel’s location was perfect for an Easter getaway- close to all amenities within a five-minute walk. The beautiful village had plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The room on the ground floor was comfy and had a private small terrace. It was an added plus for the dog to have space to play around freely without much restraint. The breakfast was good with an adequate amount of options.

The wifi was incredibly weak, which may be inconvenient for business travelers. However, it was the only disadvantage I encountered during my stay.

Difficulty with late check-in process.

I had a very warm welcome at Alaia from the front desk woman who was incredibly kind and friendly. She even directed me to a nearby public parking lot with plenty of available spaces. The studio apartment I stayed in was spacious and exceptionally clean, with a great bathroom and shower. For the price, it was excellent value. The location was perfect, just a short walk into town where I found a good selection of bars and restaurants. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Alaia.
