Convenient location, 5min from train station. Clean room with good water pressure in shower. Comfortable bedding and AC. Tasty French-style breakfast. Friendly and helpful owners, made my stay enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location, just across the river, provided breathtaking views of the old town. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering cozy and comfortable rooms with plenty of natural light. Furthermore, the staff were warm and welcoming, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of freshly baked breads, homemade jams, and flavorful coffee. Additionally, the secure parking for our bicycles was a great convenience.

Upon arrival, Tina and her husband warmly greeted me and kindly held my luggage until my room was ready. the cozy room facing the canal was a delight, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. the breakfast spread was delicious, with freshly baked breads, homemade jams, and flavorful coffee. the hotel owner and staff were attentive and made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this lovely hotel for anyone visiting the area.

For the price we paid, Hotel Araur provided excellent value. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view of the canal and bridge. The location was great, just a short walk from the train station and close to the town center. The staff treated us warmly and were very helpful, especially the husband who spoke English and made our stay easier.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety.

A writers paradise. I loved sitting at the table next to the open window in my room writing. The owners were extremely accommodating and helpful. They sorted out my travel plans when I needed to cut short my stay. The hotel has a lovely view of the canal and cathedral, and it's just a short walk to the town center. I highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and inspiring stay.
