During my recent stay at the Westminster, I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning location and beautiful building. The historic touches throughout the hotel added to its charm, making it a unique and memorable experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linen provided a luxurious touch. I also enjoyed spending time on the bar terrace, soaking up the sun and watching the world go by. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and prime location.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The cold buffet in the evening was outstanding in terms of choice and value. The staff member was helpful in showing us the lift for our disabled person to access the dining room. The waiting staff were efficient and made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

the hotel was wonderful - excellent facilities, quality food, and recently refurbished clean bedrooms with comfortable beds. The staff were efficient and polite, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Great location near shops and a beautiful bar terrace to relax on.

Bathroom was tired - old and stained bath, chipped hand basin, and tired taps. No air conditioning.

Spent Christmas here and it was magical! the hotel location was perfect with lots of lovely walks nearby. the rooms were cozy and the beds very comfortable. Loved the dressing gowns and slippers provided for the guests. the festive dinner was amazing with lots of options to choose from and the staff were friendly and attentive. the spa facilities were an added bonus and provided a relaxing experience.

There was no hot drink facility provided inside the room which was a bit disappointing, especially in the morning when we wanted a cup of tea or coffee. the breakfast selection was quite limited, which for the price, was a bit of a disappointment.

From the moment We arrived at the hotel, We were greeted with exceptional service, giving us a warm welcome to the venue. Our room was luxurious, with exclusive amenities and a perfect combination of style and comfort. the breakfast was divine, being served at the onsite restaurant, the variety of food is great and the quality is exceptional.

We did notice a minor issue with the air conditioning, which was not very powerful, but this was a small concern to an otherwise perfect stay. the hotel is ideally located with great location advantages, being close to various shops, restaurants, and other tourist attractions, this hotel is the perfect choice for those who seek comfort and luxury during their vacation.

We always stay here on our way to and from the Channel Tunnel. It's the perfect place to start and end our break. The rooms and bathrooms are great, the food at the Pavilion is excellent, and the location is convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful.
