The staff, including the English-speaking receptionists, were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was impressed by the wide variety of choices available for breakfast, including delicious hot food. This hotel is conveniently located just outside the centre of the town, making it a great base for exploring the Cambrai area. It is easily accessible, being just off the motorway. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good en-suite facilities, and I particularly enjoyed my stay on the ground floor with a lovely garden view. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even serving breakfast at 5.30am upon request.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The hotel has onsite parking which was very convenient for us. The breakfast was very good and there was an ample amount of food on offer. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was situated in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre.

We found that the hotel lacked proper air conditioning and our room was quite stuffy. Additionally, the decor in the room was outdated and could do with some modernisation. we found the experience to be quite underwhelming and we wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The hotel does not have a restaurant service on Sundays, which can be inconvenient for guests looking for dining options.
