The hotel had a great location, close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. Plus, the hotel had a lovely courtyard where I could relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

The pillows were not to my liking as they were memory foam and I prefer feather pillows. Additionally, some parts of the room needed attention, such as doors catching on their frames.

The location was great, within walking distance to the pier and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The service was phenomenal, with attentive housekeeping and a friendly staff. The beds were super comfy, and the spa in the basement was a relaxing treat. The breakfast and bar were superb, and the hotel's conversion from a 19th-century townhouse was impressive. a lovely experience.

During my recent stay at Hotel C2, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the pillows were of high quality. I also appreciated the complimentary minibar, filled with non-alcoholic beverages. The hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect, and it took me only 10 minutes to walk to the old port. The AC in the room was super quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's spa was a great addition to my stay, and I thoroughly enjoyed the full body massage. The care products provided by Hermès added a luxurious touch to my experience. Despite some difficulty communicating with the staff due to language barriers, they were all friendly and accommodating. I warmly recommend Hotel C2 and I will definitely stay here again when I return to Marseille.
