The staff at Hotel Cervantes By Happyculture were incredibly helpful and accommodating during my stay. On my first night, I experienced some issues with the shower temperature fluctuating, but they promptly sent someone to fix it. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby stations and Montmartre within walking distance. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

We loved the location of the hotel, being right near the trains but not too noisy. This made it convenient for us to explore the city using public transportation. The staff were also very helpful in giving us transport options to the airport. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the cleanliness was impressive.

Great location near Moulin Rouge, restaurants nearby, and a supermarket at the end of the road. Affordable compared to hotels closer to the center. Warm welcome and nice decor in the rooms. Basic tea and coffee making facilities available in the room and reception area. Comfy bed and quiet street for a good night's sleep. Friendly reception staff. Glass water bottles in reception for guests to fill up and take to their rooms. Good Wi-Fi. Dressing gowns and chocolates provided.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was fantastic, in a nice walkable neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room had new furniture with big windows, and it looked exactly like in the pictures, with pretty Parisian style windows. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included hot options, which was a great way to start the day.

My Xmas stay was amazing! the staff was super friendly and helpful. They offered me a complimentary coffee and snacks every day, and happy hour with tasty bites and cocktails. the hotel's location was perfect, near multiple metro stations and tourist spots. Another advantage was that the room was clean, comfortable, and appropriately priced.

The only inconvenience was the limited breakfast options on Saturdays, but the hotel quickly rectified the situation. it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely come back.
