The design and atmosphere of this hotel are absolutely mind-blowing since it was rebuilt from a former cognac distillery. The rooms are super spacious and equipped with everything you need. The staff is jaw-droppingly amazing and incredibly welcoming. They pay attention even to the tiniest details, like preparing the bed before you sleep and placing comfy bedding on the floor for your feet. They even leave a bottle of water for each person on the bed table. The spa is absolutely stunning with a big swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam. It's the perfect place to relax on a rainy day. And as if all that wasn't enough, the hotel also offers free beverages and fruits at the spa area. Our two-night stay here was absolutely exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a couple of nights of pure luxury and relaxation. The food in both restaurants is top-notch and the spa facilities are top-of-the-line. The staff is excellent and goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. This hotel is a complete positive experience from start to finish. Thank you to everyone involved for making our stay unforgettable.

Our romantic escape was filled with great moments. the design of the hotel, with many elements of the former cognac distillery, gave it a unique character. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the amazing spa, which had a big swimming pool and a relaxing environment. the free electric bikes offered by the hotel allowed us to explore the town with ease and the views from the rooftop bar were stunning.

the WiFi was a bit slow at times, but we managed to watch some Netflix. Finally, we found the process of asking for a key to the swimming pool locker a bit cumbersome, but the staff was very nice and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception and service were excellent, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was very convenient, allowing me to easily explore the city. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the modern design and the fact that the rooms were kept clean. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the 35-degree heat. Additionally, I absolutely loved the hotel facilities, including the gorgeous pool and the rooftop bar with stunning views. The hotel even provided free electric bikes for me to tour the city, which was a fun and eco-friendly way to get around. The staff went above and beyond when I accidentally left some clothing items in the wardrobe - they arranged for them to be sent back to me in the UK. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short stroll into the center. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a crisp and cozy bedding. The bathroom was spotless and had a bright and airy color scheme. The service at the cafe/bar was exceptional, with friendly and professional staff. The hotel also had a brand new spa/pool area that was incredibly relaxing.

There were a few moments that didn't meet the expected 5-star standard, such as the dirty glassware and the limited menu options at the brassiere.

Being a luxury traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's exclusive amenities. the spa & wellness center offered an invigorating full body massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. the heated swimming pool and steam room were a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. the treatment rooms were cozy and luxurious, with beautiful views of the sun terrace. the restaurant had a wide array of special diet menus, catering to all kinds of dietary requirements.

While here, I noticed only one minor issue that could be improved upon. We had a room service order that was not up to the standard we expected of a luxury hotel.
