The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, with special mention to the gentleman who assisted us in the boot room every morning, making our ski experience more enjoyable. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, making us feel like royalty throughout our stay. The rooms, although a bit old-school in style, were comfortable, clean, and surprisingly spacious. The free breakfast was delicious and catered to all tastes.

The concierge arranged an emergency dental appointment and even organized a courier to retrieve a forgotten item. The breakfast was superb and catered to all tastes. I recently stayed at a classy hotel perfectly located for my ski trip. The service was impeccable, with the staff being incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the exceptional 4-course dinner included with half-board. The first course buffet was mind-blowing, offering high-quality meat, fish, and vegetables. The main courses were delicious, with a choice of two options each night. The cheese course was a pure indulgence, allowing me to choose as much as I wanted. The dessert buffet was also lovely. The hotel also had an extensive wine list, aided by a helpful sommelier. The ski locker and changing area were spacious and easily accessible from the slopes. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch.

Although our room was a bit hot, we quickly adjusted and it didn't bother us too much. Another thing worth noting is that the hotel is located 20ft from a local night club, which can be a bit noisy at night.
