We were amazed by the stunning location of the hotel. Stepping out the door, we were immediately enchanted by the fairytale village of Kayersberg. The modern interior of the hotel, housed in a seemingly old stone building, provided the perfect blend of charm and comfort. The room had a terrific modern vibe, with a view overlooking the picturesque street. We were pleasantly surprised to find an abundance of power points and USB charging points, including in the bedhead. The semi-open bathroom arrangement added a sense of spaciousness to the room. The staff went above and beyond to help us navigate the area and provided excellent recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast, which was included in our stay. Additionally, the availability of free parking nearby was a major plus. We would eagerly choose to stay at this wonderful hotel in Kayersberg again and again.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay here! the complimentary mulled wine and gingerbread served in the lobby made us feel so welcomed. the location was ideal, with easy access to the Christmas markets and plenty of restaurants nearby.

That the room felt a bit small and cramped. the bathroom was also a bit outdated, but it was still functional and served its purpose.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room, good selection for breakfast.
