Convenient location for skiing, hotel has retained its character while being upgraded, exceptional staff, best ski shop, friendly and knowledgeable service.

Wine list is expensive, shuttle bus stop is far from gare routiere, limited cups and glasses for breakfast, unreliable taxi service, lots of kids at the hotel, small rooms.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, located right on the slopes with easy access to the ski area. The room was cozy and well-furnished, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of skiing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The included breakfast was delicious and fueled us up for the day ahead. We also loved the convenience of the ski rental service and the shuttle bus that took us to the center.

The restaurant staff was a bit slow, which affected the overall dining experience.

Spent New Year holidays here and it was really nice. the location was perfect with direct access to the slopes and the staff were amazing, incredibly helpful and ready to help with anything. the breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from and the dinners were delicious. the hot drinks station and the daily chocolate fondue were great touches that added coziness to the stay. Nice and clean rooms with a beautiful view of the mountains.

The cost of the stay was certainly not affordable but it’s to be expected during holidays. However, the only downside is the absence of free snacks after skiing, but this is not a major issue.

I had an amazing time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was unbeatable, right on the slopes, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. As someone who loves hitting the slopes, being able to ski straight from the hotel was a dream come true. The staff here were exceptional, providing top-notch service that went above and beyond my expectations. From the shuttle driver Mario, who was always friendly and helpful, to the restaurant staff who took care of my fussy daughters with ease, everyone was simply outstanding. The attention to detail was excellent, with little touches like helping guests put their boots on in the boot room. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious, and the personalized customer service made me feel truly valued. I'm already planning to come back for another fantastic break!

The location of the hotel was perfect for a ski-in, ski-out experience. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. the dedicated ski shop made it convenient to get all our gear. the hotel also had a huge terrace with a restaurant, which was a nice bonus. Courcheneige provided a convenient and enjoyable stay for our skiing holiday.
