The hotel is beautifully situated in the middle of Arreau, with a lovely view up the hill. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing gluten-free options for breakfast and dinner. The room was spacious and clean, with a great walk-in shower. The facilities were first class, exceeding our expectations.

The hotel is located in a great spot, close to the Tour de France route and offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The rooms are stylishly decorated and have lovely balconies, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The staff are friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure guests have a great stay. The breakfast is delicious and the dinner options are of a high standard, with attentive and amiable service.

The rooms can get quite warm in the summer and could benefit from air conditioning.

It was a good hotel, the main quality was the delicious breakfast. We liked having a variety of options from hot dishes to fruit. , the hotel was located in a great area for exploring; easy access to main roads and a short drive to a nearby ski resort. the view from the room was stunning, overlooking the beautiful Pyrenees.

Our New Year's Eve party was far from perfect. The music was too loud, which made it difficult to have a conversation with our group.
