The breakfast, especially the fresh bread and croissants, was incredible, and Wendy, the staff member, was incredibly helpful. The overall attitude and helpfulness of the staff made the hotel feel like a boutique experience rather than a chain. The driving instructions provided on the website were also very useful for navigating the city.

Maintenance really needs to step up their game because the air conditioning was very outdated and almost useless for people from cooler countries like the UK or Scandinavia. the jacuzzi bath also had some major issues that kept waking me up throughout the night.

We had a delightful stay at D'Aragon. the location is perfect, close to the train station and just a few blocks from the city center. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with great information on local attractions and restaurants. the vintage charm of the room gave us a unique and enjoyable experience.
