We had a pleasant stay at this budget hotel. The room was clean and the staff at the reception, especially the friendly female receptionist, were welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from the city center. We enjoyed the good breakfast and appreciated the hotel's proximity to bike rentals and a Bike Share station, perfect for exploring the city on foot or by bike. Despite being near a busy street and train tracks, our room on the fourth floor was surprisingly quiet, thanks to the double-paned windows.

The hotel was within walking distance to the city center, where we could visit popular attractions and enjoy the charm of the city.

The parking situation was a hassle, as there was limited street parking and the public car parks were quite expensive. the neighborhood around the hotel felt a bit unsafe, especially at night, and we had to be cautious when walking back to the hotel.

As cycle tourists, we were thrilled with the accommodations at D'Orsay. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with storing and assembling our bikes. The breakfast was delicious, and the view of the garden from the breakfast room was delightful. The private parking provided us peace of mind, and the reasonable price truly exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and with the tranquil Canal du Midi right across the street.

The room was small but very comfortable, with a separate toilet and bathroom. Everything was clean and the bed linen was of excellent quality. The Hotel D'Orsay in Toulouse provided a warm welcome at reception and the staff spoke excellent English. The secure parking facility just behind the hotel was a great convenience, especially considering the difficulty of finding parking in the city. Our room on the 5th floor offered wonderful views of the Canal du Midi, and we even got to witness a boat passing through the automated lock gates. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, being only a 5-minute walk from the train station and surrounded by numerous dining options.

The room I booked was upgraded to a better one upon arrival. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for us to catch our train. The staff at the reception were always friendly and helpful.

The wardrobe provided was not very practical. the ongoing roadworks outside the hotel made it difficult to access and spoiled the surrounding area for walking.
