Great location near river park, clean rooms, and secure parking. Receptionist was helpful with parking. Good breakfast, with fresh juice, cheese, and boiled eggs. Staff are fluent in English and gave good recommendations for nearby restaurants. High-tech bathroom was a nice touch.

the hallway lighting was poor and made us feel unsafe, especially since there was no one at the front desk after hours. we would not recommend this hotel for a weekend stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with a lovely town right on the doorstep. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and parking was easy in their free car park at the side of the hotel. The hotel itself, for the price, was fantastic. The room was very good, with all the amenities I needed such as an ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help.

That the staff were sadly out of touch with local knowledge, such as current tourist train times and restaurant information. However, I would still recommend this hotel to families.

loved our recent stay in vichy, and brit hotel made it even better! the central location was perfect - shops, parks, and the river just a short walk away. the wellness center was a dream, with sauna, steam-room, and relax-chairs all to ourselves. the helpful receptionist made everything easy for us!

As a group of friends, we loved the exceptional hotel with its great location and friendly staff. The steps taken by the hotel to ensure the well-being of guests and staff during the current health situation were impressive. The large, beautifully decorated room, modern bathroom, and amenities like a refrigerator, iron, and ironing board made our stay comfortable. Additionally, the convenient and inexpensive parking right opposite the hotel was a bonus. Being within walking distance to the main sites of the town added to the overall convenience. The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations!

We felt very lucky during our stay at the hotel as everything was taken care of and nothing was too much trouble.
