I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is amazing, with many famous sights and attractions within walking distance. It's also very convenient, with the center of Paris just a stone's throw away. The rooms are a good size and quite comfortable, with lovely views from the multiple windows. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities were more than satisfactory. I particularly appreciated the little kitchen in our room, as it allowed us to make tea in the morning and keep our vino cold in the fridge. The breakfast in the breakfast room was also a highlight, with a buffet offering delicious croissants, ham/cheese, fruit.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect during our stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect for all our needs as tourists. It was within short walking distance to the Madeleine Metro station, a taxi station, and the shopping area along Hausmann. Additionally, it was only a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Place de la Concorde and the edge of the Tuileries Gardens. The convenience for transportation and exploring the city couldn't have been better.

I couldn't imagine a better stay in this hotel! The location is perfect, nestled in a little cove of the city surrounded by good restaurants. It's just a short walk from the Hermes flagship shop and other prestigious boutiques. The lobby area is elegant, and the rooms are impeccably clean - they feel more than just 3-star because of the attention to detail and excellent housekeeping job. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The basic amenities are all there, and the breakfasts are a great value, offering a variety of options including croissants, cheese, ham, and more. this hotel provides excellent value for the price.

The value for our money at Hotel De L'Arcade was excellent, with a quaint room that had all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. The location in the Opera district was perfect, with easy access to attractions, public transportation, and a variety of restaurants. The staff, especially Clara and Cecile, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and stress-free.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Staff are incredibly helpful and provide excellent service. Tranquil ambiance both inside and outside of the building, perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for solo travelers.

loved the recently renovated room - spacious with a wet bar and beautiful etched glass windows. Water pressure and A/C were excellent. The comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. Fantastic location close to attractions and restaurants. Front desk staff spoke English and were always helpful.

This hotel offers great value for money and is located in a quiet side street, just steps away from Madeleine square and the metro station. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are basic but with a charming balcony, some with a view of the Parisian roofs, and all come with free wifi and a light Continental breakfast included.

All was ok.

The staff at reception are delightful, helpful, and cheerful. They are willing to speak in English or put up with and persevere through my rusty French. They genuinely want us to love our time in Paris and at their hotel. The location is very central, allowing us to walk to almost every area we visited. The 12 noon checkout was a bonus.

I had the hardest time finding a hotel room that could accommodate a family of three. So glad we chose this one! Sweet family owned hotel with an excellent staff. I watched the front desk clerk effortlessly and happily switch between languages with different guests. They were patient and helpful with tourist questions like transportation routes and restaurant suggestions. Conveniently located to the Metro and walking distance to tourist sights, but sits on a quiet side street. We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony to stand on and enjoy the fresh air. This is not an American style hotel, which is the point of traveling. Expect smaller rooms. No hotel restaurant but breakfast is served for an extra fee. You're on your own for lunch & dinner. I highly recommend this little gem of a hotel and hope to be back soon! Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Guests can easily walk or take the metro to all the major sights, such as the Madeleine Church and Louvre.
