I had the most pleasant stay at this hotel in the historic center of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon. The attention to detail was superb, from the comfortable beds to the small touches like complimentary warm beverages and freshly baked biscuits. The staff were intelligent, conscientious, and went above and beyond to make my stay special.

Situated just across the river from Avignon, this hotel offers a prime location for exploring the charming village and the bustling city. The rooms, individually decorated and very clean, provide a comfortable stay. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, making sure all guests' requests are satisfied. Delicious breakfasts are served in a cute breakfast area or outside on the private terraces. The hotel is also close to numerous restaurants, providing plenty of dining options.

The covered parking has a fee, but there is a free parking option at the entrance of the village.

We stayed there for a weekend and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and drinks provided by the hotel. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and public transport. the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was not clean, and the bed was uncomfortable. the room lacked basic facilities like a kettle or a hairdryer.

Absolutely loved my New Year's stay at this charming hotel! the team running it was fantastic and always went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern shower that was a delight to use. the breakfast was delicious and included lots of locally sourced produce. the best part was the free tea and cake available in the reception area throughout the day. the location was ideal, with plenty of great food and drink options within a short walk and convenient free parking nearby.

Everything was top-notch and the staff made sure all our needs were met. the only slight inconvenience was the need to walk a few minutes to the free parking area, but unloading outside the hotel was allowed, so it wasn't a major issue.

As foreign tourists, we loved the exceptional care and warmth from the staff. The enchanting French courtyard and private courtyard in our room were magical. The hotel's location allowed us to explore Avignon easily, and the recommendation to take the ferry boat was a great way to enter the city. The hotel itself was beautifully done, with a rustic yet luxurious feel. The common rooms with charming books on Provence made it inviting to learn about the region. The staff was hospitable and the availability of tea and pastries all day was a nice touch.
