This hotel is a hidden gem located in a quiet alley, yet easily accessible by public transport. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with a lovely garden view that's exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff is attentive and breakfast, especially the croissants, are excellent value for Paris prices.

A charming hotel with a boutique feel, perfect for a romantic getaway. The location is excellent, close to the Eiffel Tower and charming restaurants. I loved the French-style decor and the big windows in my room. The staff was helpful and even provided glasses and utensils for my evening dinner. Although there was no air conditioning, the fans kept the room comfortable. I had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

For the value we paid, the room at De L'Avre was impressive - nicely decorated and comfortable. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to the Metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could have had more variety, like eggs, cheese/ham, or fresh juice.

The location is perfect with easy access to a supermarket, a drug store, and a metro line. Everything you need is within walking distance.

We had a great stay at Hotel De L'Avre. The location was perfect, with a metro station nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.
