Great location, just a short walk from the city center and a bus stop right around the corner. There were plenty of dining options and cafes nearby. The hotel was well-maintained, clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was satisfying with fresh croissants and good coffee.

The room was small and cramped, and the bed was not comfortable. The wallpaper was peeling and the decor was outdated.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the variety of amenities offered at Hotel De L'Ill. The location was perfect, with easy access to the center, Christmas Market Tour, and the cathedral. The hotel was clean, tidy, and new, making it a comfortable stay. Mr. Patrick, the receptionist, was incredibly sweet, helpful, and friendly. we had a great experience and highly recommend this hotel.

Felt like a home away from home, with nothing to complain about.

The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a clean, fresh bathroom.
