During our Christmas stay, we loved the stunning view from our room, overlooking the beautiful harbor. the room itself was cozy and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near the town center, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy the charming surroundings. we appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable.

The lack of an elevator, making it challenging to carry our luggage up multiple flights of stairs. Another inconvenience was the distance from the train station, which required a long walk, especially with heavy bags.

We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices and the fact that we could enjoy our own picnic lunch on the terrace with friends. With excellent amenities such as free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a bar/lounge area, and a restaurant, Hotel De La Darse was a top choice among our low-cost options. We are already looking forward to returning to this jaw-dropping destination.

We had a lovely stay at De La Darse in Villefranche. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the balcony which had a beautiful view. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was a delightful experience. the hotel is in a great location right by the seafront and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Finding free parking nearby was not a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and historic hotel run by a 3rd generation family. Our top floor room facing the sea harbor and cliffs was basic, serene, and delightful. We opted for a room without a sea view to save money for a nice meal instead. The hotel offers free parking nearby, which was convenient. The location is great, close to beaches, a dive/snorkel centre, and good bars and restaurants. The daily cleaning of the room, good breakfast value for money, and friendly staff added to the positive experience. We also enjoyed spending hours on our balcony, watching the boats and people passing by.

Stayed at De La Darse, the room was dirty and tired. Not as advertised. Could hear everything from room above. One of the worst places ever stayed. Do not be fooled by photos. the location was great, with a lovely view of the marina from our balcony. It was calm and within walking distance of a cobblestone beach and the restaurants in the Villefranche old town. the staff was helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. the breakfast buffet was satisfactory, with a good selection.

Location adjacent to the marina: The hotel was situated right next to the marina, providing a picturesque view of the harbor area. Staff: The front desk staff were helpful and able to assist us in English.
