As bike riders, we were delighted to find that the staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They even allowed our small dog to accompany us everywhere. The hotel's dining room was a highlight, with its grand fireplace and friendly service. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the roaring fire each evening during our winter stay. The bedroom was clean, comfortable, and even had a welcoming tray.

We felt very at home during our stay and had no complaints at all.

The breakfast had a good selection of food which was satisfying. The view from the room was exceptional, it offered views over the scenic city which was a delight to wake up to. the hotel was located in close proximity to the city center, making it easy to get around and explore.

The decor of the hotel and room was outdated and uninspiring. The room lacked basic amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities, which was a disappointment.

Great location, helpful staff, upgraded to a suite with a terrace and view, secure bike storage, comfortable bed, daily room cleaning. Lovely terrace and outlook, near Petite Cascades walk, and close to friendly drinks places and patisseries. Beautifully restored with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Romantic touches for honeymooning couples, blankets provided to enjoy magnificent views in the evening. Exceptional food, compliments to the chef. Breakfast was good.

This hotel offers great value for money with. reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to the beautiful waterfall in the area. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the rooms with a balcony provided lovely views.
