The hotel had a pretty good holiday atmosphere, with Christmas decorations up and carols playing softly in the background. the breakfast spread was decent - there were a variety of pastries and fruits to choose from. the hotel was located just a stone's throw away from some of the main shopping areas and popular restaurants, which made it very convenient for us to grab last-minute gifts or dinner reservations.

The room was uncomfortably small compared to what we expected and we felt cramped throughout our entire stay. the heating in the room wasn't working properly, which was a major problem given that it was winter and we were hoping to keep warm.

We had a fantastic stay at De La Presse Bordeaux Centre! the location was perfect, right in the pedestrian area of the old city and just a short walk from the tram stop we needed for our conference. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and we were delighted by the delicious croissants and tartines served at breakfast. the AC was a lifesaver during the extreme heatwave. we highly recommend this hotel to our friends.
