Stayed 3 nights in a comfortable, quiet, and clean family room. Helpful staff, great location in old town near citadel, cafes, and shopping. Easy parking and nice breakfast buffet. Rooftop view of church and hills. Secure courtyard parking at 8 euros/day. Lots of plugs and lights.

We had a fantastic weekend at the boutique hotel in the heart of a lovely and clean town. The large and well-decorated rooms at Hotel De Paris were perfect for our family. The staff was extremely friendly and even let us choose our own room. The suggested restaurant, which we booked through the hotel, was superb. The fortress in town is definitely worth a visit. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a weekend of sightseeing, terrace sitting, and good food!

The breakfast buffet is plentiful, including options like scrambled eggs, croissants, and coffee. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even upgrading rooms when requested. Guests can easily walk to various attractions in the town center.

Stayed at a lovely boutique hotel with beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options including fresh fruit, cheese, and scrambled eggs. the hotel was centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city and visit the Citadelle. Highly recommended. We also had a fantastic dining experience at Bistro la Charrette.

This hotel, nestled right in the center of the old part of town, is an absolute gem. The location couldn't be more perfect, being right in the midst of the pedestrian area and offering easy access to everything Besancon has to offer. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms, although cozy, had all the basic amenities one could need, and the en suite facilities, although a bit cramped, were clean and functional. And let's not forget the breathtaking views of the town skyline through the charming old windows.

All in all, this hotel was a fantastic find and provided a wonderful stay with no major flaws.

Our daughter had her own space in a small alcove. the breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a variety of delicious options. the view from the room was beautiful, overlooking the hotel courtyard and the rooftops of the village.

our recent honeymoon trip to besancon was amazing and hotel de paris truly exceeded our expectations. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, our room was comfortable and quiet, and the location was perfect. it was the perfect base for exploring the old town and all its charming cafes, shops, and attractions.

Getting to the hotel was an absolute nightmare. the directions provided were completely useless and made our drive to the hotel incredibly stressful.
