had an amazing short stay in aigues-mortes. maison des croisades exceeded expectations - perfect location, friendly staff, and a lovely garden for evening picnics. will definitely recommend and return.

The hotel is located in a charming area close to the old town, with easy access to restaurants and major attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and super useful. Upon arrival, they gave us a local parking permit for a walking distance parking with a gate. The breakfast was tasty, and they even responded to our request for gluten-free options.

The room was small and might need some decoration updates. Also, the sliding bathroom door was not ideal for privacy.

The rooms offer a beautiful view of the canal and ramparts. The owner communicated well regarding check-in, facilities, and parking. There is an unloading bay right outside the door. The room was small but adequate, with spotless cleanliness and excellent bathroom amenities. Air conditioning and a hospitality tray were provided. The hotel has a sweet garden where we enjoyed picnicking in the evening and having breakfast. The breakfast was of high quality. Lots of information was available at reception. Cozy atmosphere, perfect location, and helpful hosts.
