The location was convenient as it was within walking distance of attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The fact that our room had a balcony was a nice surprise. There were a minibar and coffee maker in the room, added bonuses for a new year's eve celebration.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. Dust was visible in some areas and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. The noise level from other guests in the hallway and adjacent rooms was disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast buffet was not well stocked and limited options were available. Also, the breakfast area was not kept tidy. it was an underwhelming experience and we would not choose to stay here again.

A very pleasant stay

We recently traveled from England for a family christening and had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious. We also appreciated having a safe in the room. One of the highlights was taking a pleasant walk along the river, right from the hotel. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
