We stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of the old town. The location was perfect, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. The hotel itself was situated in a lovely quiet leafy square, and there was a good brasserie directly opposite. The rooms were comfortable with excellent amenities, including luxurious bathrooms with invigorating showers. The friendly and helpful staff provided exceptional service, and the breakfast served on the terrace was outstanding. it was a delightful experience.

The rooms could benefit from a fresh coat of paint.

This hotel is perfectly situated right in the historic center of Montpellier. You'll find yourself in a gorgeous quiet square with restaurants just steps away. The location is ideal, right in the pedestrian zone, surrounded by the charm of the old town. Plus, there's a good brasserie directly opposite the hotel, perfect for a quick bite or a relaxing drink.

Had a great Xmas at this charming hotel. Loved the complimentary Christmas cookies and champagne they gave us as a festive welcome. Location was perfect - right in the heart of the historic area with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the city. The room was cosy and comfortable with plenty of hot water.

That there was no kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. , the parking was a bit of a hassle as we had to park in a public car park a few streets away and walk back to the hotel.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Du Palais. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was excellent, with beautiful buildings, quaint streets, and lovely restaurants all around. The staff went above and beyond to help me during a difficult time, offering me tea and sitting with me to ease my pain.

Smaller breakfast items could have been better.
