The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk up the hill to the slopes, making it convenient for skiing. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with attention to detail. The basic amenities provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day off right.

The food could have been better, especially dinner which had limited options. the breakfast buffet was lacking variety, with the same items every day except on Sundays.

Secondly, the location is unbeatable - just a short walk up the hill and you're on the slopes, ready to hit the ski lift. Plus, being right on the slope means you can ski straight back to the hotel at the end of the day. Lastly, the staff are warm and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
