I recently stayed at Hotel Parc Mazon-Biarritz for a short trip and had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was stylish, clean, and comfortable. Despite the small size of the en suite, it had everything we needed. The owner went above and beyond by accommodating our bicycles in the reception area overnight, even though it was my mistake not to check for storage beforehand. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. a fantastic experience.

The Hotel Parc Mazon-Biarritz is well-located, just a short walk from the ocean. The price was reasonable compared to other options. The family-owned hotel had a friendly atmosphere, with clean and quiet rooms. The breakfast provided was satisfactory. The central location near the Biarritz market was convenient.

The managers were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions we had. They made our romantic escape even more special. the room we stayed in had a beautiful view and though it was small, it was cozy and comfortable. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the beach and the bustling center. We loved being able to easily explore the city and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. the proximity to both the beach and the center was definitely a huge advantage.

While our overall stay was enjoyable, we did have a couple of minor issues. the room could have been cleaner when we arrived.

The value for money at Parc Mazon-Biarritz was great, with a reasonable price and comfortable rooms, complete with extra pillows and blankets. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to Cotes Basques beach and the lively market downtown. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and even helped bring our heavy luggage to the room.

The morning meal could have been improved with more options for breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at Parc Mazon! the hotel may not look impressive from the outside, but don't let that fool you. the receptionist was incredibly polite and helpful, and the room, considering the price, was modern and trendy. the location is also great, close to the city center and beaches. I would definitely recommend it!
