loved the modern industrial design and convenient location of fabric hotel in a lively non-touristy neighborhood. great restaurants nearby and easy access to metro. shower was good, front desk service was super. will return!

During our recent stay at Hotel Fabric, we were pleasantly surprised by the modern and quirky decor of the building. Our room, a deluxe double on the 2nd floor, was a good size and offered a comfortable stay. The hotel's complimentary hot drinks in the lobby area were a nice touch, and the honesty bar in the evenings added to the enjoyable atmosphere.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, they made me feel like I was part of their own family. The location of this place is perfect, situated in a wonderful and friendly neighborhood with two Metro stations nearby. There is an amazing market and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. It definitely gives off a funky vibe, while still being close to other attractions. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the lovely tub in the bathroom. The hotel amenities were fantastic, including an evening honor bar and spa facilities with a sauna and Turkish bath. The staff also recommended some fantastic restaurants and sites to visit. I felt right at home here, and I would definitely come back!

I had an exceptional stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The modern decor and spacious room with a huge comfy bed and walk-in shower instantly made me feel at home. I loved the attention to detail, from the L'Occitane toiletries to the large rain head shower. The coffee station in the late afternoon was a lovely touch, and I enjoyed sipping on a coffee with a Madeline before heading out for dinner. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from tourist traffic, but still easily accessible to public transportation. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Paris.

fabulous hotel with amazing staff, upgraded room, and great amenities. exceeded expectations and loved the cool, trendy location with bars and restaurants. the AC was a blessing during the heatwave and the LED lit rainfall shower was a nice touch. definitely coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel! The location was perfect, being near to two Metro stations and not far from numerous really good restaurants. Our room was beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a modern, functional bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, offering helpful suggestions and speaking multiple languages. The breakfast in the industrial lobby was delicious, and we enjoyed the free coffee drinks from the espresso machine in the lobby. We also appreciated the presence of a gym, massage room, and shower facilities in the basement.

The only minor issue was the occasional flickering of the TV channels.

Our group of friends had a pleasant stay in a well-located hotel, just a few stops away from the city center. The neighborhood had a local feel and offered convenience with supermarkets and a bakery nearby. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even securing a reservation at a fully booked restaurant for us. The decor of the hotel was vibrant and the steam room provided a relaxing experience. The availability of drinks and cakes throughout the day was a delightful touch. The location and facilities made our stay enjoyable.

The room furnishings were quite basic, with beds that were uncomfortably firm. there was a lack of soundproofing, resulting in noise disturbances from the room above.

We had a great time staying here. The hotel is located in a quiet side street near the metro station which was convenient and easy to use. The staff were very kind and helpful in assisting us with everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable with heating and air conditioning, along with a mini-bar and in-room safe. We also enjoyed the free toiletries, flat-screen TV and soundproofed rooms.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel in a convenient location with friendly staff and excellent amenities.

We stayed at a romantic boutique hotel for two nights. the free coffee and tea available all day long was a nice touch. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we loved being able to walk to so many attractions. the bed was very comfortable and we slept like babies.

Though the room was small, we didn't mind as we were out exploring most of the time. However, the bathroom was not up to par.

the staff at the hotel, Fabric, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. the location of the hotel was perfect, making it easy for me to explore all of Paris's main attractions. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea. I felt at home during my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. Fabric was truly a hidden gem in the city.

We loved staying on a small side street in a great neighborhood, away from the touristy crowds. The staff were friendly and professional, handling any situation with ease. The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and quality amenities. The location was perfect, with cosy neighborhood restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the Métro. The tasty breakfast and fun happy hour were definite highlights of our stay.
