I stayed at a great value for money hotel in Rouen. The room was excellent - very clean, modern, and had a clever retractable bed. The hotel is in a quiet location and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Ibis Budget for a short, restful night. The reception was open 24h and the staff was kind and helpful. The location is good, with easy and secure parking. The rooms were fresh, clean, and comfortable. The bar area was up to date with plenty of seating, and the breakfast had plenty of choices. We will definitely be back in July.

Felt very homey, nothing to complain about.

The room was exceptional overall. The hotel itself was bright, clean, and appealing. The fresh new jungle theme added a unique touch. The bed was big and comfy, the bathroom and shower were spacious, and the room had a nice big window. The air conditioning and working wifi were a bonus. We even enjoyed a late checkout until 12 noon. We loved our stay so much that we booked an extra night.

Although the room was great, a little shelf by the bedside would have been helpful. We also had trouble cooling down the room without opening the window, which resulted in some noise from outside.

Rooms were clean, shower had great pressure. Beautiful decorations in community areas. Breakfast had fresh-squeezed orange juice, toast, yogurt, and pastries. Easy to find with decent parking. Room with fully opening window and balcony. Efficient tram stop 10 min walk away.

The Ibis Budget Rouen Centre Rive Gauche exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and modern decor.
