During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. Additionally, the hotel's central location was a major plus. Being within walking distance of key attractions and close to convenient public transportation made it easy for me to explore the city. Lastly, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was offered. It was a nice touch to start the day with a delicious meal without having to venture out.

It was extremely small and lacked basic amenities. The wardrobe was old and unstable, creating concerns for hanging clothes.

I had a great time during my business trip! The staff were amazing and super friendly, making my stay really enjoyable. We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Kleber Champs-Elysees Tour-Eiffel. The location was excellent, being close to the Eiffel Tower and Champs-Elysees. The rooms were exceptional, with comfortable beds and a good size for the area. The customer service was outstanding, with a warm welcome and the staff being friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel had a great ambience and decoration, adding to the overall experience. Despite a few minor issues mentioned by other guests, such as cleanliness and noise from other guests, our stay was enjoyable and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to all the main sites by foot. You can easily walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is fresh. The hotel also offers fast and reliable wifi.

This hotel is perfectly located and superbly close to the famous landmarks and museums, making it ideal for those wanting to visit all the major attractions. The staff are wonderful and provide excellent service, going above and beyond to help guests. The rooms have a lovely historical character and some even have balconies or bathtubs, offering a unique experience. Additionally, the breakfast served here is delicious and provides a great start to the day.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The location was perfect for exploring the city, being walking distance to several attractions and restaurants.

The room was smaller than expected and the decor felt a bit outdated. , the bathroom could have been cleaner.

For the price, the room at Kleber Champs-Elysees Tour-Eiffel was comfortable and clean. The location was great, with just a short walk to Champs-Elysees and the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were well-maintained.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety.

Stayed here for my girlfriend's birthday and got upgraded to a superior room, free of charge. The staff were extremely nice and there were no language barriers to overcome as their English was excellent. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a tasteful French style and is in a perfect location, just a few minutes walk away from the arc de triumph and Kléber metro station. The rooms have lovely bath/shower facilities that worked well, and the big French windows added a touch of elegance. Also, the staff at the front desk, especially Clara, were very helpful.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Cozy boutique with superfast wifi and helpful staff. Great location for walking to Eiffel and Champs-Élysées. 10-night stay was enjoyable. Suggest strolling through local lanes in the evening.
