We had a fantastic stay in a hotel located in the mountains, with a stunning view of the lake. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with bicycles to explore the area. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the location was perfect, within walking distance of the city centre and shops.

The atmosphere during Christmas was truly magical, with festive decorations and cozy rooms. the lake view from our room was stunning, making us feel like we were in a winter wonderland. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which included a variety of delicious pastries and hot beverages.

The bathroom was quite outdated and could use some renovations. while the location was great, the hotel could benefit from some improvements in terms of room comfort and amenities.

our recent stay in Gerardmer was great, but La Reserve made it even better with their comfortable rooms, welcoming staff, and delicious breakfast. The location near the lake and easy access to the center of town was a bonus.
